Purchasing Assistant

For McBride Group Purchasing, located in Strzelce Opolskie, we are currently looking for:

Purchasing Assistant


Your will be responsible for assist the team in:

Supplier adiministration proces:

  • Assist buyers in Price requests and market studies
  • Prepare overviews of purchasing files for the buyers
  • Filing and management of administration around contracts
  • Supplier creation process in SAP: handle and interact with the different parties to find ways to improve efficiencies. Collect information about suppliers, effectively handle forms
  • Management of prices in the SAP system
  • First line support in invoice queries and delivery issues

Reporting and forecasting:

  • Monthly Excel reporting on savings, negotiations, working capital
  • Assistance in the admin process of forecasting

Required education and experience:

  • Bachelor degree in business administration, languages or managment assistant
  • First work experience preferably in purchasing

Required technical competencies:

  • Language: very good knowledge of English, knowledge of French will be an advantage
  • PC-skills: fully competent in MsOffice
  • SAP knowledge is an asset
